Every account starts on the Free tier, and it has no card and no clock. There is no trial timer counting down on you. Free includes:- Every AdAdvisor dashboard and the ads manager

- 1 business

- The onboarding research we run on your business
Nova
Nova is $199/month. It adds, on top of everything in Free:- Nova, the media buyer: strategy, budgets, launches and optimisation, in chat and on the autonomous turns she runs on her own schedule
- Iris, the creative specialist: ad creative rendered from your real products, in chat or in the studio
- Working together: Nova briefs Iris, launches what she makes, reads the results and comes back for the next round
- 1 AI Business included
- Unlimited MCP tool calls and unlimited MCP-connected businesses, under fair use

AI Businesses and add-ons
A business is one brand or client with its own ad accounts. An AI Business is a business you have turned the crew on for. Nova includes one; each additional AI Business is $199/month ($75/month for Founding Members). Everything else you connect stays an MCP business. Those are unlimited on Nova under fair use and cost nothing extra. You only pay again when you want the crew working a second brand.1
Adding an AI Business is immediate
Turn the AI toggle on for a business in Settings > Businesses. If you have no room left, you’ll be asked to confirm the add-on first. The charge is prorated for the rest of the current period and the crew can start on that brand the same day.

Removing one takes effect at period end
Turning the crew off for a business schedules the add-on to drop at the end of the period you’ve already paid for. Until then the business keeps working as an AI Business. The subscription page shows both numbers, for example “2 AI Businesses until March 14, then 1”.
The image allowance
“Unlimited” has one hard cap inside it: creative generation. Each AI Business can render 300 Iris images per billing period. The Iris studio shows how many you’ve used and the date the count resets, and Iris tells you in the chat if you reach it. Nova turns and MCP tool calls have no allowance. We watch for abuse rather than metering you.Founding members
The first accounts on Nova are founding members. They pay a founding price that stays put for as long as their subscription stays continuously active, and that lock covers both the base plan and the founding rate on extra AI Businesses. Founding is invite-only and stays invite-only. There is no trial on it, because the invitation is the trial. If the subscription lapses, the founding price ends permanently: coming back means coming back at the public price.MCP-only plans
If you only want the MCP server in Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor, there are MCP-only tiers (Free, Starter, Pro, Enterprise) that meter tool calls and cap how many businesses you can connect. They grant no AI Businesses. See adadvisor.ai/mcp#pricing. Everything an MCP tier gives you is included in Nova, so if you’re on Nova there is nothing to add.When a payment fails
Cards expire and banks decline things. Here is exactly what happens, in order.
There is no waiting period before the pause, and there is no countdown to the end of one either. Stripe retries the card on its own schedule and emails you about the failed payment while it does. If a retry clears, or you update the card yourself, one successful payment restores everything at once and you are back where you were with nothing lost. If Stripe runs out of retries, it cancels the subscription and you are Lapsed.
Managing your payment method
Click Manage billing to open the Stripe Customer Portal. From there you can update your card, view and download invoices, and cancel. Plan and quantity changes are not in the portal on purpose. Adding or removing an AI Business happens in AdAdvisor, where we can check what you have room for.Cancelling
Cancel from the Stripe Customer Portal. When you do:- Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period. There are no refunds for time already paid.
- At period end the organization reverts to the Free tier: the crew switches off, and any businesses beyond the Free tier’s allowance are deactivated.
- Nothing is deleted. Your threads, creatives, media and history are all still there if you come back.
