This Cookie Policy explains the cookies and similar technologies we set on our marketing website (adadvisor.ai) and our app (app.adadvisor.ai), and how to control them. It sits alongside our Privacy Policy, which covers everything else about how we handle your data.
We group cookies into three categories based on what they do. Several of our cookies are set on the .adadvisor.ai root domain so they stay valid as you move between the marketing site and the app.
Essential
Required for the Services to work. They keep you signed in, secure your session, and let you complete actions like paying for a subscription. Disabling these will break the app.

Analytics and Product Improvement
Help us understand how visitors find us, which features are used, and where the product breaks. We use the data in aggregate and to debug issues; we do not sell it.

Advertising and Attribution
Used to measure the performance of our marketing campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and Google, and to attribute sign-ups back to the ads that drove them. These cookies are also what some U.S. state privacy laws classify as "sharing" with the relevant advertising platform.

Session recording
Separately from cookies, we use PostHog session replay on desktop browsers to record interactions with the app (mouse movement, clicks, form focus, and page navigation) so we can debug issues and understand product usage. Password fields are masked. Session recording is disabled on mobile devices.
Managing cookies
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. If you block essential cookies you will not be able to sign in to the app. If you block advertising cookies, our marketing measurement will be less accurate but the Services will continue to work.
To opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information for advertising purposes under California law, email support@adadvisor.ai with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share.”
Changes
We will update this page as the cookies we use change. When we make a material update, we will revise the date at the top.
