AdAmigo vs AdAdvisor (Nova): Which AI Meta Ads Agent Fits You?

TL;DR

AdAmigo vs AdAdvisor comes down to two questions: what unit you pay for, and which number the agent defends. AdAmigo describes itself as an AI media buyer for Meta and Google, billed per ad account from $99 a month, optimizing toward revenue. AdAdvisor's Nova is an invite-only, Meta-only agent, priced at $199 per business, that AdAdvisor builds around break-even ROAS and margin guardrails.

Quick answer (as of October 2026)

  • AdAmigo likely fits better if you need Meta and Google today, want chat-based control, launch creative in bulk, or have one account with light usage.
  • Nova likely fits better if Meta is your main channel, margins vary across your catalog, and you're comfortable joining an invite-only founding cohort.
  • Both vendors describe approval and autonomous modes, logged actions, AI creative and always-on monitoring. AdAmigo sells these as a publicly available product; Nova's agent is still shipping with its founding cohort.

Disclosure and method

AdAdvisor makes Nova and publishes this blog. This comparison is based on each company's public product, pricing and review pages, checked October 8, 2026. We did not independently test every advertised capability, so product claims are attributed to the vendor that makes them.

What they share. Both vendors describe AI creative generation, a choice between approving each change and letting the agent act, and logged actions. AdAmigo says its agents monitor accounts 24/7, and it also sells a dedicated AI Anomaly Detection product with email alerts at custom pricing. AdAdvisor says Nova runs the account 24/7. So the choice rests on billing, optimization target, coverage and maturity.

The Unit and Target Test

Two questions decide most AdAmigo vs Nova choices. Answer them before you compare features.

  1. What unit do you pay for? AdAmigo bills per ad account. AdAdvisor bills Nova per business, defined as "one brand or client with its own ad accounts." A brand with several ad accounts likely pays less on Nova, provided AdAdvisor confirms they all sit under one business. One account, or a Meta plus Google setup, likely costs less on AdAmigo.
  2. What number should the agent defend? AdAmigo's public pages focus on revenue. AdAdvisor documents Nova as working within your break-even ROAS and margins. If revenue tracking is enough, AdAmigo is a fair choice. If the agent must respect margin, Nova is designed around that.

What is AdAmigo best for?

AdAmigo's strength is breadth with a low entry price. It says one login covers Meta and Google, with campaigns run by describing what you want to its Chat Agent.

The Entry plan ($99 per ad account) includes 2 Autopilot recommendations a day, 15 chat prompts a day and 150 design credits a month. AdAmigo labels it "ideal for accounts under $2,000/mo," and its FAQ says there's "no hard minimum." For volume launches, Bulk Ad Launch is sold separately at $99 per ad account, and the AdAmigo homepage describes a Google Drive integration that "pulls ad creatives for bulk launches."

AdAmigo also has a third-party review footprint. Its site displays a 4.9/5 G2 rating, while G2's AdAmigo page showed 5.0/5 from 66 reviews on October 8, 2026. Ratings change, so check G2 for the current figure.

Likely best for: advertisers who need Meta and Google in one tool now, chat-first operators, high-volume creative launchers, and single-account brands with light usage that want a $99 start.

What is AdAdvisor's Nova best for?

According to AdAdvisor, Nova starts from your economics. The Nova page says onboarding collects your AOV, target CPA and break-even ROAS, and that its Shopify sync "pulls products, margins, and inventory." AdAdvisor says Nova will not scale past your break-even ROAS or kill an ad that is still profitable.

AdAdvisor describes Suggest mode as the default, with each move waiting for your approval, and an opt-in Autopilot that keeps spend caps, geo limits and must-approve thresholds as hard boundaries (see our guide to approval-first AI media buying). It also describes Nova choosing what to test and Iris generating images from your product photos and brand voice.

Model Context Protocol is an open protocol for connecting AI applications to external tools and data. AdAdvisor says Nova is built on its own Meta Ads MCP server, the same layer you can connect to Claude or ChatGPT through the AdAdvisor MCP, and that its implementation adds business context and supports the approval workflow.

The maturity caveat: AdAdvisor says its platform and MCP server are in production today, while the agent on top is "shipping with the founding cohort." Example interactions on the Nova page are labeled illustrative, and there's no third-party review record comparable to AdAmigo's yet, so evaluate it through a supervised pilot. AdAdvisor's team brings more than 8 years in media buying, over $60M in managed ad spend and an ex-Meta engineer, which shaped the design but doesn't guarantee results for any account.

Likely best for: Meta-first DTC and Shopify brands, operators who manage to contribution margin, and brands open to an early-access pilot. More detail is in Nova: an AI agent for Meta ads.

AdAmigo pricing vs AdAdvisor pricing: which is cheaper?

The cheaper tool depends on your account shape, not the sticker price.

Published list prices from AdAmigo pricing and AdAdvisor pricing, October 8, 2026. Nova is currently invite-only, so $199 is its published standard rate rather than a self-serve checkout price; the $75 Founding 100 rate would lower every Nova figure. AdAmigo's Bulk Ad Launch ($99 per account) and AI Anomaly Detection (custom price) are listed separately.

ScenarioAdAmigo (list)Nova (list)Likely cheaper
1. One brand, one Meta account, under $2,000/mo spend, 2 recommendations a day is enough$99$199AdAmigo
2. One DTC brand, two Meta accounts (e.g. US and EU), unlimited cadence$698 (2 × $349)$199 if both count as one businessNova
3. Agency, four client brands, one Meta account each, unlimited cadence$1,396 (4 × $349)$796 (4 × $199)Nova
4. Agency, four client brands, light cadence$396 (4 × $99)$796 (4 × $199)AdAmigo
5. One brand running Meta and Google$198 to $698$199 covers Meta onlyAdAmigo (coverage)

Treat these as list-price directions, not final quotes. AdAmigo offers unpublished agency pricing for 5+ ad accounts, which could change Scenarios 3 and 4. AdAdvisor prices Nova per business, up to five businesses before Enterprise, but its Enterprise card asks about "more than 5 ad accounts," so a brand with many ad accounts should confirm how it's counted. Does AdAmigo optimize to profit? Revenue-aware vs profit-aware

Revenue-aware and profit-aware are not the same claim. A revenue-aware agent follows the money past the ad platform's own conversion event, which AdAmigo says it does through CRM and store sync. A profit-aware agent also knows how much of each sale you keep.

Two campaigns can both show a 3.0 ROAS. A simple break-even ROAS is 1 ÷ contribution margin rate, with margin measured after product, shipping and payment costs but before ad spend. At a 25% margin, break-even ROAS is 4.0, so the first campaign is likely losing money. At 60%, it's about 1.67, so the second is likely profitable. An agent that sees only revenue would probably treat them as equals. This is a planning metric rather than a full profit model: returns, discounts, fees and repeat purchases can move the threshold.

On October 8, 2026, we checked AdAmigo's homepage and pricing FAQ for mentions of margin, profit and break-even ROAS. We found no public documentation of those inputs as hard optimization limits. That doesn't prove the capability is absent, so confirm it with AdAmigo if profit-level control matters to you. AdAdvisor documents that workflow for Nova explicitly. Our guides on automating Meta ads without scaling past break-even ROAS and break-even ROAS vs target ROAS walk through the math.

How to choose between AdAmigo and Nova

Whether you frame it as AdAmigo vs Nova or AdAdvisor vs AdAmigo, channels and margins matter more than feature counts.

  • Choose AdAmigo if you need Google alongside Meta today, prefer chat-based control, bulk-launch creative, or want a publicly available product with a no-card trial.
  • Choose Nova if Meta is your main paid channel, margins vary across your catalog, you want every change approved until you trust the agent, and you're willing to pilot an invite-only product.
  • Set a native baseline first. Meta's own Advantage+ automation is the default alternative to both, so judge either tool by what it adds on top. Our best AI tools for Meta ads covers that comparison.

Looking for an AdAmigo alternative beyond these two? Bïrch (formerly Revealbot) is mainly a rules-based automation platform, and Madgicx is a Meta-focused suite that combines automation, creative and audience analysis, and AI recommendations. Neither vendor in this comparison publishes an independently audited study of incremental profit lift, so treat any case study as directional.

Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions

Neither wins across the board. AdAmigo likely suits multi-platform advertisers who want a publicly available product today. Nova likely suits Meta-first DTC brands that want margin and break-even ROAS guardrails and can pilot an invite-only product.
As of October 2026, AdAmigo lists $99 or $349 a month per ad account, with agency pricing on request for 5+ accounts. Nova is listed at $199 per business per month, and customers can run up to five businesses at that per-business price before Enterprise. Founding 100 members pay $75 per business.
AdAmigo says it optimizes against "real revenue, not platform proxies" using CRM and store sync. We found no public documentation of margin or break-even ROAS limits, so ask AdAmigo directly if you need that. AdAdvisor says Nova uses AOV, target CPA, break-even ROAS and Shopify margin inputs.
Yes. AdAmigo says it runs Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads from one login, and that TikTok support launches later in 2026, so treat TikTok as roadmap. Nova and the AdAdvisor MCP are Meta-only.
Yes. AdAdvisor says Nova includes Iris, which generates image ads from your product photos and brand voice, up to 300 images per business per month. AdAmigo's Ad Factory includes 150 or 800 design credits a month by plan. The units aren't directly comparable, so test output volume yourself.
AdAmigo has the clearest public trial: seven days, no card. Nova is currently invite-only, and AdAdvisor plans a card-required three-day Nova trial when self-serve opens. AdAdvisor's free tier lets you test its dashboards and MCP tools, but it isn't a Nova trial.
Likely yes, if you value chat-based control, bulk launching, and Meta plus Google in one tool. Less so if you need documented margin guardrails or run many accounts.

Summary

AdAmigo vs AdAdvisor comes down to fit and maturity. AdAmigo is a publicly available, multi-platform AI media buyer billed per ad account that says it optimizes toward revenue. AdAdvisor's Nova is an invite-only, Meta-only agent billed per business that AdAdvisor builds around break-even ROAS and margin guardrails. If you need Google today or want a no-card trial, AdAmigo likely fits better. If margin is what you manage to on Meta, Nova is worth a supervised pilot.
